This package is unique. While you do not have the option to see a Doctor on our staff, you do have the assurance that your labs and wellness plans are reviewed by our Doctors while you work bi-weekly with your handpicked Integrated Health Practitioner to truly provide what we call a “hand-held” approach. That’s right, in this package you will have TWO consults every month to ensure that all areas of health are addressed: MIND, BODY, and SPIRIT.

Month 1:

  • 60 Minute Private Consultation done by your IHP practitioner
  • Health history intake
  • Education on how you got here and how to heal
  • Functional Medicine Lab recommendations
  • Initial recommendations to begin with: diet, exercise, lifestyle, etc.
  • Scheduling for preferred times for follow-ups
  • Additional email support by YOUR certified Integrated Health Practitioner
  • Food list tailored to you with sample meal plan and shopping list
  • A second 30 min follow-up consultation where we will begin to dive into your specific wellness protocol, and the intricacies that make you, you: mindset, spiritual work, meditation, journaling, etc. Each session, email, month we will dive deeper and build on the work we are doing together.
  • Access to our Voxer App “clinical hours” where you will be able to access our Entire Care Team throughout the week

Month 2:

  • Two 30-minute sessions
  • In-depth review of any Lab results ordered in month 1
  • Explanation on your wellness plan and personal protocols based on lab data
  • Review and check-in: diet, lifestyle, exercise, successes, etc.
  • We will work to build on exercise protocols at your pace to ensure success and sustainability
  • Detox support on going and as needed to ensure success and a feeling of utmost support and care
  • You will have support in diet changes and cooking recommendations
  • This is when the real work always seems to start. We have gotten to know each other, there is a certain level of comfort, and we begin to see the dots connect and answers unfold in areas of your life.
  • In depth work in mindset, negative self-talk, emotional trauma, selfcare, spirituality, relationships, success mindset, etc.
  • Additional email support by your certified Health Practitioner
  • Access to our Voxer App “clinical hours” where you will be able to access our Entire Care Team throughout the week.

Month 3:

  • Two 30-minute sessions
  • Review and check in: diet, lifestyle, exercise, mindset, successes and areas of improvement 
  • Make changes to protocols, supplements, adding foods back, etc.
  • Ongoing support through protocol stages, symptoms, etc.
  • Asses diet plan and make changes as needed: add foods back, etc.
  • Check-ins on exercise progress and moderate exercise plan accordingly
  • Recommendations made on healthier alternatives to personal care and household products etc.
  • Continue our in-depth work on mindset work: negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, emotional trauma, spirituality, relationships, success mindset, anxiety, etc.
  • Assess exercise progress and make changes
  • Additional email support by your certified Health Practitioner
  • Access to our Voxer App “clinical hours” where you will be able to access our Entire Care Team throughout the week.
